Waste of time. After saying they had time and spending 7 minutes asking me tracking questions, they couldn’t help in the timeline needed. Avoid the time drain and call someone who interacts without a script.
Sam was great. He came in, asked a few questions, then explained what he was going to do. He quickly found the problem and resolved it in a timely manner. I'll definitely use ECO in the future!
Everyone, from office staff to repair techs were absolutely great to work with! Sam was the lead on our water main line replacement. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. All costs for the associated work were discussed upfront. On the day of the work, Clint and Sam kept me informed of progress every step of the way. The estimate given was exactly what the final price was, and very fair for the amount and complexity of the work. I highly recommend ECO!!
