100% pleased from scheduling the appointment, to reminder of the appointment and the technician Antonio superb. Highly skilled, experienced, knowledgeable as he explained easily what was needed to keep our 5 year old system running well. Eco Clima did the first HVAC in June 2020 and that was excellent. Eco Clima is a local, family owned business. Supporting local businesses is imperative.
I have had great results with the technicians starting-up mini-split systems, but that's what they do. My most memorable installation was while inspecting the install, they found a high pressure leak in the lineset tubing. Yes, the factory high pressure line had a pinhole leak. Very unexpected, but they saved the day! They schedule promptly, document their work, and keep in contact.
It's been some years that I have been using their services, they are very professional, responsible and easy to work with, they always make time for my tenants needs, 100% recommended.
Repair was completed knowing add’l part was suspect to fail, but part was on backorder so they chose to leave operating in that condition without telling me. Suspect part caused failure within 7 months, requiring more than double expense to repair again. Could/should have been avoided, they refused to warrant their prior work. I think disreputable.
