Great Service! – Best drycleaner service in town. This is an 'eco' friendly establishment and the owner is very knowledgeable in the products they use to clean and protect your clothes. They have great service and are always going out of their way to make sure that the customers are more than satisfied. They even load your clothes in the car for you! I have recommended Eco Cleaners to my family and friends and they are all more than happy with the service. Great business and a great owner. I highly recommend it!
NOT "Eco" at all – They are considered to be an "eco" cleaners, but in fact they are hardly eco at all. Besides being ridiculously priced for services that are not "eco" or green, their employees know absolutely nothing about what supposedly makes them eco. They misquote, can't educate on the practices they are supposed to be providing and are rude. The one real eco thing that they supposedly do is recycle the hangers. They lie – I went to the one on Kirby. We moved to the area so I went in and asked how much they charged for men's shirts. She told me .99 per shirt with dry cleaning. I asked her how much the pants were to clean and she told me $3.50 each. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to pick up the pants and they charge for the pants had gone up by over $4.00!!!! The pants were almost $8.00 a pair to clean! I will be reporting them, and obviously will not be returning. I didn't even want to give them one star.
Violation of the Privacy Act. – On Thursday I went to pick-up my suit which was missing. The cashier couldn't find it. I obtained the Mgrs. and owner, Jimmy's number. I asked the cashier to call or email me when she had information. I provided her with my cell number and work email in writing and she placed it in a drawer. Two men were standing in line. At 2:48am that morning, my cell phone rang. It was one of the male Customers that was in line with me. The cashier gave the Customer my information.
Surprised they are still in business – Le Bon cleaners did anything but meet even minimum expectations. I told the person at the front counter that my clothes needed to be dry cleaned. When I returned to pick them up, the same person tells me that she "didn't think they needed to be dry cleaned," and so they were simply laundered. Every single item was destroyed. Worst Dry Cleaner Ever – This is the worst possible dry cleaner you could use. The Holcomb location lost 2 pieces of my clothing and denied it for over a week. They told me my clothes were there, I went 4 times and I still don't have my clothes. They also charged me for the dry cleaning my missing clothes and I have never been refunded. I had to call three different locations just to find out how to proceed in getting a refund, which I still haven't received. Above the Rest – When I lived over in this part of town, I loved this place. The owner even took my clothes to my car! Great place.
Don't bother if you have something valuable – I took my daughter's hand made silk christening gown and bonnet to Le Bon because of the high ratings on Citysearch. To say the least I am livid with them. I took the dress in on Monday, and on the slip it said dry cleaning would be complete on Thurs., great! So I send my husband in to get it on Friday and it's still hanging there uncleaned. That's not even the half of it. They picked her bonnet up off of the floor!!! What a joke!
