I would give this business negative 5 stars if I could. They damaged my Vera Wang wedding dress and are giving excuses. Based on the way the owner raised his voice at me as was trying to direct blame at either my wedding planner or the shipping process, he is going to put up a fight to pay for the damages. Do not go there to get your wedding dress dry-cleaned, this is a warning!!!

Ladies, DO Not take your wedding dress there to be dry cleaned. They ruined my Vera Wang wedding dress and is refusing to own up to it. I am a reasonable customer. But when my dress came back and it was obviously torn in several areas, I called the owner. First of all, it took him almost a week and me finally leaving a voicemail threatening of taking further action against his store to call me back. When he called back, he basivally tried to find every excuse not to pay for the repair of the damages he's done to my dress.

16 Years and Counting – I was a client when they were called "Le Bon Cleaners" and still am now that they are "Eco Cleaners". I agree with the last review that they do not shout about their eco practices but I know that even before they switched they always encouraged recycling the hangers and plastic. I have no clue what they use for cleaning and do not really care. All I know is that my clothing is always perfect and when it was not... they made it right.

Love this cleaner! – I had my wedding gown cleaned and preserved at Eco Cleaners and the results were fabulous! It's almost too pretty to store. Great service!

Nice experience – I don't know why the bad reviews. I've been going to Eco for about year. Actually, ever since the changed owners I've been going there. Their pricing is inline with area that they are in and they always do a great job on my stuff. Owner is on site and a very nice. Heck, there's always a Prius outside, so even the owner is into "eco" living.

Best Dry Cleaner! – This is bi-far the best dry cleaners in town! My family and I have been using them for a few years now because of how nice the owner is and quality of cleaning. Dry cleaning will probably always be a bit "un-eco" but the fact that they are trying is whats stands out! I would recomend them to anyone.
