Had an appointment today from Living Social deal and was aware they might be a few minutes late. I called after an Hour when nobody showed or called, but they don't have any people answering phones, but their paperwork says the worker will call if they are going to be late. 3 Hours later I found their Yelp reviews which all made sense. I was extremely happy with Eco Clean's carpet cleaning service in Beaverton, OR. When Wes came into my home for the appointment he conducted a walk-through with me identifying the many dirt and spot "issues" that existed with my carpeting and provided expert explanations about why those spots were actually there. He spent time educating me on how to minimize or eliminate those problem in the future, which I really appreciated. "Wes did a great job. He explained how some of the common mistakes people make when spot cleaning their carpets. He was in and out in under 40 minutes (granted, I live in small 1 bedroom apartment) my cat was able to saunter about because there was no chemicals used that could make him sick, and my carpets look great!"
