Please please please do not do business with this company. We were not informed about the southern California location closing and I'm not able to get my deposit back from them. I called various numbers but have gotten no response. To whomever is responsible, please reach out to me. This is unacceptable.
ECO CATERERS HAS STOLEN MY DEPOSIT! I am a 2026 bride whom eco caterers was the planned caterer for our big day. 2 months before my wedding they have closed down in all of California! They have NOT refunded our almost $3000 deposit. We booked them a year in advance, had our tasting (paid), signed our contract and put down our deposit! Writing to warn other couples: The Southern California locations abruptly shut down and cancelled catering services for our wedding with only a few months’ notice. We received an email stating they would no longer be operating in Southern California due to financial and operational circumstances. Would not recommend Eco Caters to anyone. We hired this company for our wedding and we were utterly disappointed with the customer service, lack of communication and lies told by Christine Sheffield and John Boozer. Because there was so much dissatisfaction and disappointment there were multiple conversations and phone calls which also included the CEO about to amend the issues.
