Went through the car wash a couple of weeks ago. I now have scratches and paint missing from my car. I emailed the owner immediately, and I have yet to hear back.
My first and last time here. $22 for ultimate wash Went through the wash my car still had suds all over. Went and told the attendant he was extremely rude and acted put out because he had to run it through again. I will never go back. Champ car wash has my vote !!
Went yesterday paid extra for tire scrub and my tires don't look like they were touched, several spots on the back of my car were not even touched by the wash itself and I'm less then impressed! Would rather spend $22 and pay the kid down the street to hand wash it�
$22 and my car is still dirty in the front! Plus the guy at the entrance is rude!
Usually this place is great. But they have a little dishpit with a “man bun” whose attitude is costing them regular customers. And to think the wife & I we’re both about to purchase unlimited plans. Not while he’s there.
My first and last time going, as I was angrily yelled at by the young man working. I felt my car jerk forward and reacted by hitting the brake. Other than a sign on a very busy looking wall, there was no indication of what a first time experience would be like. This young man needs some training in customer service! As I was talking with my coworkers, 2 others had the same poor experience this month. Great, affordable wash BUT I refuse to be treated that way. I'll go elsewhere.
Thus is the first poor experience I have had here. When the wash was over the entire right side of my car was still covered in soap! For $15 I expected the soap to be rinsed off at least.
I brought my car there for the first time today. Great Job!! Excellent customer service, and did I say my Jeep looked great? It was the first time I washed it since I bought it and it looked as brand new as when I drove it off the lot back in December 2015... I'll be back.. Thank you! Best drive thru cash was around, for sure.
