My husbands truck was scratched all across the passenger side... He filled out an accident report. Then contacted the manager and the manager told him it never happened and hung up on him! Shady, unprofessional and trashy. Our insurance company will be in contact. They told us numerous people have filed claims from this car wash. Don’t go here, it’s not worth the hassle.
Very bad place to bring your vehicle took my truck there went through and while I’m the wash the passenger side brush seemed like it hit my truck hard and made noise look after wash scratch marks all down the side reported it to them and they said they will have a manager call me today haven’t heard from them so I called my self and the guy who answer the phone says come by tomorrow it didn’t happen in our wash lol what a joke u look at all the reviews on there page and all Kinda stuff happened there wish I would have checke... read more
Getting charged monthly and have not been able to use. Tried to cancel, can’t, not easy to figure out
It cleans my car quickly and with no fuss.
Awful, car always had soap and dirt still on it in areas like it was never cleaned. Always smacked my mirrors around as well
So overpriced for what you get. I’ve come out of the car wash with soap and dirt still on the car. The owner/management are jerks to their employees and discriminate against them, pay them minimum wage and fire them over text messages over a cough. They lost a lot of customers today.
GREAT PLACE TO WASH ON THE UNLIMITED WASH CLUB
I went to the one in plattsburgh which is under same owner ship and got into a accident in the tunnel because the track shot me through into another car, they refuse to give me in insurance information and they hung up on me. they've lied to me telling me to call when the owner was there the next day. when I did he wasnt their and the assistant manager said he cant give out insurance information and they looked at the cameras and said it was my fault and hung up.
