As a bride, do you want to receive this email the day before your wedding? Is this really the type of person you’d want doing your hair or makeup on such an important day? Her lack of professionalism and basic human decency is shocking for someone in the wedding industry. Communication was terrible, attitude even worse. Honestly, I’m grateful she refused to work my wedding — I wouldn’t want someone so unreliable and disrespectful anywhere near it.

Kristin is the best! She is always warm and welcoming and listens to all of your hair hopes/wishes/dreams and then delivers! I had a lot of white hairs coming in, but I didn’t want to do a permanent base color and have to worry about the harsh regrowth line. Kristin worked with me to come up with a tailored combination of foils/balayage lowlights and highlights for blending in my whites and grays while keeping my hair low maintenance and making me feel more confident!

Unprofessional and Lacking Transparency As a first-time bride, I relied on Kristin’s professionalism to help guide me through the process. Unfortunately, I was misled and overcharged $600 for a service she never provided. Kristin had planned to source freelance artists for my wedding. Kristin was able to perfectly replicate the hair color I was looking for giving me the perfect, natural looking balayage. It was my first time having my hair colored so I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect but I showed her a few reference photos and she took it from there. The atmosphere of her salon is relaxing and Willow (her dog) is more than willing to keep you company as your hair processes. She has also cut my hair and tinted my eyebrows with great results every time. I will definitely keep coming back to her.
