MY MOTHER HIRED THIS COMPANY AND THE SERVICE GUY JOSE WAS THERE FOR 2 HOURS AND TRIED TO SELL HER $1500 TO REDO PIPES THEN SUGGESTED SHE REPLACE WITH A 10-12K AC UNIT. AFTER CHARGING HER INITIAL SERVICE CALL $279 NOTHING WAS FIXED. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT THE ISSUES AND THEN THE TECH JOSE CALLED MY MOTHER PHONE. THE TECH HUNG UP ON ME SAYING SERVICE IS NOT FREE AND SHE WILL JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH NO AC BECAUSE THEY HAVE SO MANY OTHER CALLS AND THEY WERE DOING HER A FAVOR.
