After a few attempts to get a certificate completed for my insurance company, Ms. Kimberly Alexander promised me she would be the last person that I would need to contact at ECM, and she was! She walked my documents through the proper channels at ECM, got them signed and sealed, and made sure to get them back to me in a VERY timely manner. Thumbs up to Kim. Much appreciated.
