Contradicting! – My friend had found out about this new place and wanted the get her hair done there. I thought I'd tag along and get my own cut and dyed. The price list looked quite reasonable and so I thought this place would be very cool. The owner(?) came up to us with this huge scowl on her face! She looked at us as if we were trying to steal from there. The prices she was naming, were not the same as what was on her front display! She added an extra $20 to each cost!
