I’m a fanboy, can’t make it through a summer without the seasonal Quasar Pale Ale. And the brewery has surprisingly varied and delicious menu items, a beet-melt sandwich, burrata caprese salad, and killer burger with gruyere and pancetta which might be the best hamburger on this planet. Bring/buy an empty growler and fill up at Ecliptic! #quasaryearround. #please
