Overpriced, exploitative, corporate student housing. Does not have security cameras. Staff will come in at their convenience, not yours. Has roaches. States it is pet friendly but not all rooms are and it is not specified which are or aren't. The property management company is completely irresponsible and lets staff take the fall.
I'll start at the beginning, in August when I moved in, my apartment had not been cleaned at all, not even my room as there were still holes in my walls and dents everywhere. The shower was covered in mold as well. I shrugged that off and moved on. One week into living here, the elevator broke. It was broken around August 10th, it was not fixed until October 20th, three months later. Management is amazing! Super understandable and always available. Maintenance is super quick. I had my ice machine and washing machine that broke and it was all replaced with brand new appliances within 24 hours. Package area is super secure and apartment was clean in move in. Honestly lucked out with this place and will be resigning.
