I don’t think they’re very trust worthy. I tried to buy some 24k gold earrings but I returned them when I realized the earring backs looked different and was a lighter color, when I asked them to test it and brought it back, the earring backs were 18k gold. So they tried to charge me extra for 18k gold marked as 24k. I never went back after that day because I just don’t trust shady people.

They did such an amazing job on a chain I wanted shorted into a bracelet. It looks so good! Their prices are great as well. I had to resist myself from buying everything I saw. If you’re thinking about getting any repairs done here, just do it!
