Used to take all my cars and trucks here. Work was OK, but always messy. Have taken well over 10 cars to them, and this was the latest and greatest.. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for this morning to have 2 car’s done. (08-01-2020).. Yesterday, I received a call telling me they do not have time do both, and are only willing to do one. Made a appointment 4 days before with there recommendations get there 20 mins early and 3 hours after they open the lady behind the window said we are a couple hours behind I said wait a minute I have an appointment for 12:30 just then some scum bag brain surgeon said this is like a doctors office really. When you want a Job done right. This is the place to go. Very much into detail. They care about their customers and work with them. Always had a pleasant experience going to Eclipse. Best place in Western New York. And very affordable.
Friendly service and they did a really good job tinting my Oldsmobile! It reduces glare, heat and most importantly nobody can see me anymore:) I highly recommend👍

i went and got my Lexus Is250 tinted i was disappointed with terrible cuts(lines) and bubbles all in the tint... then i take it back and ask if they can fix the terrible cuts by recutting they reluctantly do soo, 2weeks later the tint rips out of the window when i roll it down and then when i ask them to fix it they tell me to wait a week and finally they rush me in for my appointment at 2pm on a monday (Real convenient ) to Replace the damaged tint, they do so with even more terrible tint work that is worse then my first ex... read more
