Horribly over-engineered plans. Expect to pay 50% more than you need to. Extra support foundations where they are unneeded, extreme amounts of extra rebar where it's unneeded as well.
We have worked with dozens of structural engineers over the years having had plenty of time to observe pros and cons of working with the various firms. Eclipse has repeatedly shown excellence in their area of expertise. They are simply the best at finding out of the box solutions to problems that other engineers say can't be done. They are very good at working with builders and crazy architects with all of our crazy ideas. I highly recommend Eclipse.
