RecommendedRobyn was extremely helpful and she was super accommodating throughout the entire move-in process! Maintenance staff is awesome - the best maintenance staff that I've interacted with at any apartment. Especially a shoutout to Henry for going above and beyond in helping me out!
We’ve been here for 2 years now. Maintenance and staff here are amazing. I’ve lived at other apartment communities, including at Santana Row, and quality of staffing was never consistent. Here, the same high quality standards have remained constant despite office turnover. Place is clean, and we love our apartment. No issues (yet). Only thing I wish they had more of are trash cans. They only have one at one entrance (one at each exit/entrance would be great, especially for the compliant pet owners who pick up after their pet... read more
The maintenance guys are awesome especially Ken and David. But stuff of leasing office are horrible! The former team of leasing office is so great, PJ, Christine... Right now the stuffs there are the worst, keep bothering residents like bloodsucker. Will write their names here if they keep annoying. Don't want to live in this environment only because of them! We want a private and quiet place don't want to be bothered by them at all!

Great place to live, nice amenities and great location, but parking is overcrowded and im not pet friendly and this is a great community for pet lovers but everyone don't clean up after their dog poop.
Love it here. Everything within 5 min drive . No complaints.
