RecommendedAvalon Dublin Station offers a modern apartment layout in a well maintained building complex. The staff on-site are incredibly helpful with answering questions and resolving issues. One staff member in particular, Kenny Jones definitely stood out to me during my time here as a new resident. This associate puts in the extra effort and energy to ask how I am doing and answer any questions that I might have. It is people like Kenny, that truly add to the experience here at Avalon.

love living here. The studio is spacious compared to studios in San Francisco downtown. Moving here is a good choice.

This is probably the best apartment community I've ever lived in, and I've been in quite a few. The staff is friendly and helpful, the premises are clean, and the response for service requests are prompt. And the apartments are overall much quieter than any building I've lived in.

Love this apartment community, all the staff were extremely helpful always ready to listen to your concerns and ready to help, very close to every thing you can ask for BART, BUSES SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS ENTERTAINMENT AND SO ON.THE APARTMENTS INSIDE LOOK AMAZING SO MODERN, TRAILS FOR HIKING, WALKING, BIKE RIDING AND THE LIST GOES ON.
Love every bit of Avalon Dublin Station including the leasing office staffs, maintenance staffs, and cleaning staffs. Thank you, Avalon, for providing me and my family comfortable home.
