I had the honor of being assisted by Michelle Gutierrez. Coming in unexpectedly She immediately got up to go show me a property. On the way to the property some people come along and it was pleasure watching her get all of our needs met. I had a great experience moving into Eclipse, thanks to Michelle and Eddy. Michelle, the property manager, made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. From the first tour to move-in day, she was responsive, professional, and always willing to answer my questions. She communicated clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and made what can often be a complicated process feel smooth and straightforward. I want to give genuine recognition to Michelle, the property manager, and Eddy, the maintenance man — their hard work, diligence, and care for residents are honestly the only reasons I stayed for two years. They are true assets to this community. That said, in fairness to future residents, I cannot give five stars. I’ve been living at Eclipse at Oak Lawn since the end of February and overall my experience has been pretty solid so far. The property itself is in a great location and the community is well kept. One thing I always pay attention to when moving somewhere new is how management handles issues, because that really tells you what kind of place you’re dealing with.
