I want to give genuine recognition to Michelle, the property manager, and Eddy, the maintenance man — their hard work, diligence, and care for residents are honestly the only reasons I stayed for two years. They are true assets to this community. That said, in fairness to future residents, I cannot give five stars. I’ve been living at Eclipse at Oak Lawn since the end of February and overall my experience has been pretty solid so far. The property itself is in a great location and the community is well kept. One thing I always pay attention to when moving somewhere new is how management handles issues, because that really tells you what kind of place you’re dealing with. Michelle, the manager, has been hands down one of the most professional people I’ve worked with during an apartment search. From the initial tour, she made sure I saw options that matched exactly what I was looking for and was very patient with me during the application process when I ran into some technical issues.
