Disappointing and frustrating I went to this salon for partial highlights because I wanted a soft, blended look. Unfortunately, the experience was bad from the start. The stylist did not achieve the result I was expecting—the highlights looked patchy, uneven, and overly yellow. When I told her, she tried to fix it by applying another toner, but it still looked bad.
