The best experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and I absolutely love my nails! They did an amazing job. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next appointment. Highly recommend! 😊
I went in to have a soak off. What I received was someone drilling the gel polish off my nails, leaving the actual gel behind. The regular polish did not last because too many coats after seating under the fan for 30 minutes. The fan was so strong it blew the polish. Once I noticed the gel wasn't off I wanted this to be corrected. I was told I had to wait until tomorrow for the person who did it or a manager that's conveniently off today. I had a wonderful experience at EClat! I've been getting my nails done in this area for years and never noticed this spot. Staff was very friendly, the establishment was very clean and welcoming. Seven was very helpful and I will return to her again!!
