VERY PROMPT AND INFORMATIVE ABOUT PROCEDURE THAT HE WAS DOING.
I usually go to my appointments immediately after I get off from work. It's very much appreciated that I am seen on time, every time here! This is especially helpful after a long day at work. Everyone's time is valuable and Dr. Baccellieri's office gets that. Thank you!

While it is not a love fest I don't break out is a cold sweat or leave my hand prints on the arms of the dental chair since I switched to the folks at Baccellieri. They are professional, friendly, and efficient. Thanks to all the staff - you all make a difference!
Dr. "B" is a gentleman and not the typical "marketer" that you find in all walks of life, like banking for example. He's thorough, thoughtful and gentle. My cleaning was also thorough and gentle while not rushing through it. The hygienist cared about doing things right and like Dr. B put me first !
The staff is always courteous and welcoming. Both the doctor and hygienist show caring concern for patients comfort and attention to any patient concerns.

Dr Carl and his staff are the best. Our entire family has gone to this practice for years and they are wonderful. They are gentle and compassionate, and they always take excellent care of us no matter what the situation.
