Ecklers is a horrible company. I purchased a Power Brake Booster for $240 for the restoration o a 1975 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme only to find out later that the Brake Booster does not work.Eckler sent me a bad Brake Booster i called their customer service and tol him my order number and he said it was not a valid order number even though I have email receipt, and that the ownership of ecklers has changed in the last year. Ordered a full disc brake conversion kit for my nova and checked on my order from two weeks ago and it said complete. Called them up since it’s not here and they said it will be 3 months before it ships. They couldn’t send me an email or call me to inform me of how long it would take? Not happy.
Would give zero stars but it's not any option. Ordered new control arms for my 67 Camaro. They came all scratched up as if someone had already tried to install them. There were no nuts welded to the lower arms to mount the shock absorbers. After 20 miles the rubber bumpers broke off. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. I will never order from them again!
Years ago this was a good company. I just placed 2 orders over the last month. They charged me for all of the items on the order but only sent half of the order. Its been a month. I called sales and after waiting 1/2 hour on hold they say they cant help. They say to call customer service but noone answers at all after on hold for an hour. The other order they sent me the interior parts but they were defective. Do not do business with this company Give u the run around been 3 weeks on a part being shipped right now never again
Worst company to do business with on the internet. The customer service sucks! They will sell you overpriced parts and if you have an issue with a part that you ordered, they make you pay the return shipping! I have been in the automotive business for over 35 years and never been treated so unprofessionally! Do not patronize is company, unless you want to waste your time and money!
