Dr E and assistant spent 15 min chit-chatting while I was in the chair, which I consider to be unprofessional

RecommendedMy family and I have been patients of Colby Eckland for over 10 yrs. Hands down he is the very best of the medical/dental providers we've ever had the good fortune to work with. He's exceptionally talented, a true perfectionist, and an absolute pleasure to visit. This is a top shelf practice and you could not get better care than what Colby and his family provide. Connie and Tatiana are true pros as well!
I saw Kale for the first time when I had a toothache. They were able to fit me in extremely fast! Kale thoroughly explained everything in language I could understand and took the time to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be back for my regular cleanings.
I have been a patient of Dr Eckland at his Everett Location for 4 years now. I always have a great experience from the time I walk in to the time I leave. His staff is amazing and super friendly and Dr Eckland always provides me with excellent care. I recommend his office to all my friends, family and coworkers. The best dental office around by far!
Stay away!! Even though I asked 3 times for my budget they only give it to me after the treatment started... huge mistake as they charge me double the cost of other dentist for the same treatment. I’ll never return and I advice everyone to stay away too.
Fantastic customer service from the front desk to the support staff to the eval by Dr Eckland. Worth every minute in traffic, will gladly do it again for my next visit.
I would recommend this family of dentists to anyone.
