Bill Eckert lacks knowledge of current home values. He lowballs appraisals conducted for lenders which undermines contracts negotiated in good faith and agreed upon by buyers, sellers, and realtors. Do NOT let Eckert Appraisal Services appraise the home you want to buy or sell--it will destroy the deal!
Bill Eckert is either new with lack of experience, or out and out has NO knowledge of current home values. He compares property to homes that are no way comparable, not of similar age, size, construction, or some didn't even have a garage. His LOWBALL appraisal for the lending company kills deals that were negotiated with buyers. The lowball tactics end up costing THOUSANDS of dollars, or kills the deal entirely. I would strongly recommend staying far and clear of Eckert Appraisal Services!!!!!!
