Two of our daughters have now been patients. The staff is very friendly and explains things well. Dr. Eckels has a great personality and provides clear explanations of treatment plans. Our family is very happy with our choice of Eckels Orthodontics.
Took my granddaughter’s braces off they’re still a gap between her front teeth. I haven’t got to talk to him about it to hear his excuse, but I’m sure he’s gonna have one. I have three other grandchildren and I promise you none will ever go there. This guy is very unprofessional. He’s only there for the bottom line the money.
I am giving 4 stars for their treatment for my daughters braces but zero stars because my daughter was excited because she chose to do her science fair project on how braces work and she went in to ask if there was anything they could give her or let her borrow for her project for display items and they said they didn't have anything. Really? I'm paying you $7k and you can't even let my daughter have a few of the rubber color chains, maybe a few brackets or anything? Really? That turned me off and am disappointed in this off... read more
We love Eckels Orthodontics so much! Two of our children have had treatment there and we couldn’t be happier. Doctor Eckels is the kindest man and very professional. The staff is always happy and kind, creating an atmosphere that is positive and enjoyable to visit. The office is clean and bright, there are fun incentives for the patients, and scheduling is arranged to get through our appointments quickly. I cannot say enough good things about Eckels! They are wonderful!
Rachel was thorough in her explanation and answered all of my questions well. Dr. Eckels was friendly and laid out several options for a treatment plan. My wait time in the lobby was very minimal. Great experience!
