Wonderful customer service with their designer Apryl, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in leading me in my selections for tile. I highly recommend her and the store for all of your needs. Very professional, efficient and courteous.

Dane was professional and friendly in helping me replace my flooring. He was patient and advised me to do what was best for me and my home. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Dane and Eckard Flooring to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor.

This is truly a Five Star company! Their product lines are outstanding and their prices are highly competitive! The thing that sets Eckard's apart from other companies is its staff. In today's world people ( especially salesmen ) promise you everything and always under deliver. I found JUST the opposite @ Eckards ! The kindness and professionalism was great. They walked my wife and I through every step of what could have been a difficult process... they made it easy. Their showroom was absolutely the best that we've seen. I would recommend them for anyone's flooring needs.
We actually moved from Savannah in the middle of our renovation process & didn't get to the flooring portion. But I would recommend Eckard's to anyone as the in store experience was awesome... learned a lot & and we were well taken care of. Prices were right in line too. Just a great experience.
Being new to town, we were referred to Eckard's through our realtor. They not only discussed details of our project the other companies we considered did not (lots of manufacturer's requirements on wood flooring we would have never known about!), but they introduced us to an awesome array of other professionals... handy man, cabinet company, plumber... that we have been very pleased with so far.
