I’ve never had such a thorough eye exam in all my life. The staff were friendly and helpful. The technician Max answered all of my questions and was very polite. Dr. Eck was extremely knowledgable and seemed to genuinely care. I never felt pressured to buy glasses or contacts after my exam which was great. I told Dr. Eck I wasn’t ready for contacts and he respected that. They also gave me the option to have an in depth picture instead of dilating my eyes. Dr Eck is always straight forward with the eye test results and I appreciate that. Always has a great plan for my eye care
He explains any issues in a very straightforward manner, and does everything possible to make the patient feel as comfortable as can be.
Saw Dr. Eck as a new patient last year, and a second time this year. During both visits he did a great job of asking the right questions, listening to my responses, and was easy to talk with. He was also very time-efficient with the whole process, which I greatly appreciated.
