I will not be using ECJ ever again. The last time I hired them, in 2023, walking into my apartment felt like a breath of fresh air, like a weight lifted off my shoulders. We've had ECJ coaching our house for over a year and a half now. They do a better job than our last cleaners and were actually cheaper. The communication is great and they do a very thorough job. I can't speak to the other aspects of the business but if you need cleaners they are absolutely worth it.
