Since Echo opened at her new location my family has ordered almost a dozen cakes. We drive almost 20 minutes to get to her because she's the best bakery in town! I send everyone looking for cake there!

We just ordered (and visited) for the first time today. I can honestly say, I'm not a cake person at all but we ordered cake for my son's birthday. We did half chocolate and half almond. I had to try some as our guests were raving about the almond. Seriously, best cake I have probably ever had. Last year we ordered from a locally popular place in DSM....the cake was awful and I paid way more for it than I did for the cake we got today. We WILL be back to Echo's!

Echo makes the best cinnamon rolls and most delicious cupcakes :) we will be trying her cookies very soon and making this a regular stopping place
