Great job on the almond cake!! It was a big hit!!
Echo did our wedding cake. The almond cake was absolutely amazing. I have people to this day asking me who we got the cake from. Thanks again Echo for making our day even better!
Tasted great, but the cakes and cupcakes that they made looked nothing like the picture that I asked them to make. I would have rather had them tell me they weren't able to replicate it from the get go rather than do what they could and have me disappointed .
Echo's cakes are AWESOME! We previously had a bit of bad luck at a few local shops in Des Moines, but Echo assured me we would love her cake, and she was right!! Our guests were raving about how good the cake tasted, and how beautiful they looked! She is incredibly nice and easy to work with, and very reasonably priced too. We will definitely be back to Echo's!!
I ordered an M & M cookie-cake a couple of weeks ago. First purchase at Echo's. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint! Delicious and such a delightful little bakery!
