I’m making this review mainly because I’ve never had a vehicle have so many flaws in such a short amount of time. When I first got the vehicle, it was dirty nobody cleaned it and there was random stuff still in the car that wasn’t identifiable. I went to get it washed the same day I got it, the side mirror fell off. I’m playing my music at a reasonable volume and there’s a terrible rattle in the back area. Fantastic experience! Brian and Matt appraised my car quickly, made me a fair offer and one hour later I left with a check in my hand.
Worked for echopark for over 2 years without warning came in and said our jobs were being terminated because eliminated positions. Lost my insurance promised a full check but not getting it neither. I thought such a big company owned by sonic that it would have more compassion for its employees. I guess not. Buyers be ware........
