This place is not very professional, I went to pick up my car and they were in a hurry to close, the paperwork for the car was never given to me, and I was driving the car home and lights were coming on to check the car for different issues. I called them the next day and sales person told me that the manager would call me back. The manager never called me back and told several people there something was wrong with the car. This was my very first car purchase ( Nov 2022) and I had a terrible experience at this location. Customer service was poor and just downright unprofessional. The manger at this location was patronizing, condescending, and dismissive in his response to a concern that I had about a car I purchased. Everybody at this location lacked proper customer service etiquette, professionalism, and adequate communication skills.
