Absolutely Exceptional Service from both Dr Echols as well as his staff. Facilities are spot on; clean and presentable.
My 1st experience at the Hephzibah office was cold. I felt because we use Wellcare we was received with less pleasantries.

Dr. Echols and his staff have been taking care of my family for 7 years. Dr. Echols made specific accommodations through 2 pregnancies and is now taking care of my boys as well. Melissa is always cheerful during cleanings and I wouldn't trust my families dental health to anyone else.
If I could give them a big fat ZERO I would. Hands down the worst experience I have had in a dental office. As a new patient, I was treated as if I was in the process of committing fraud. The dentist is extremely rude and condescending! I attempted to explain to him why I was unhappy... He yelled at me and told me to get out, that he did not need my business! BUYER BEWARE!
