Outstanding! – I just recently had my frameless shower installed, it looks fantastic! I must disagree on the customer service, I felt that they were very responsive to my needs and pleasant to interact with. I plan to order from them again for my mirrors.
Nitemare customer service – Echols Glass I must agree the customer service is terrible. They do not return phone calls and have absolutely no regard for the customer. Would never purchase from them again or even recommend them.
Excellent service and products – We have used Echols Glass and Mirror for the past 2 new homes we have built . Their products and customer service were both excellent! They were very professional and offered many product suggestions and were extremely crucial in our home building process!
Great customer service! – I had Echols do a ton of work at my new home including a frameless shower door, mirrors, and a custom closet system. Everything went great!! Everyone was helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end. They are a team of experienced people who do quality work. I would recommend to any of my friends.
Friendly service Fast – I don't know about their in-home service calls but for carry-in jobs and the ability to turn out specialty projects quickly, I must praise the staff at Echols Glass. I brought a huge, antique mirror frame in to their shop for mirror glass replacement... I had phoned an hour before, they had a technician standing by (this was on a Saturday), he had the new glass cut and polished and in the frame in less than an hour. I must agree with the other reviews. Bad customer service...all around bad service.
If you like bad service and rude folks then go with this company. Otherwise, find someone else to do the job.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY – Do NOT waste your time if you are in need of a glass shower door repair. I paid close to $100 to have these guys come out and repair mine. The repair lasted less than 2 months. When I called to have someone come out a second time my phone calls were not returned and then my request was 'lost'. After all of that they wanted another $85 just to come take a look at it on top of the cost to have it repaired a second time. Their repair work apparently has no guarantee. Bad service all around!!
