I have lived at Echo 116 for 3 years now and could not recommend it more. Between the parking garage, elavator, helpful leasing and maintenance staff, location and fair rent, this is the best place around. If I need maintenance to come to my unit I open a ticket on our intranet and am contacted nearly immediately and any problem is addressed. I lived in this apartment for a year. I really enjoyed living in this apartment, and the management was very friendly. They were quick in response to resident's issues. But I must say that there are thieves in the apartment. I do not know if it was on of the residents, or outsiders, but I left my shoes and saddles outside of my house for few hours, because I was going to go out soon, and people took my shoes. Lousy lousy lousy service the person does not receive you does not show you the apartment doesn’t tell you the prices doesn’t ask you when I would like to move, simply picks you up via an intercom and very lousy lousy service, unfortunately it’s being very horrible to look for an apartment because really people don't want to work do a terrible job.
