I booked through Priceline/Afterpay on a Wed eve. For 2 days. I got there around 10 and was told there were no clean rooms. I was told that my res. would be cancelled. The kicker is that I would have to pay that nights fee because it was not cancelable.
My Mom and I want to say that the general manager Hollow Hicks is so very kind to us and is very helpful to us and always makes sure we are happy here, Hollow Hicks is the best manager ever. Also Natasha always greets us with a smile and is willing to do a anything to make our stay a better one And Anna is so sweet and friendly. You get what you pay for. The beds are awful, soft and lumpy. Barely enough towels, and our room stunk so badly, it was nauseating. Very bare minimum, no ice machine, as in most hotels. Yes, fairly new property but very cheaply made. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free.
This place is garbage, it's not worth throwing your money away just because it says it's a new place, when I checked in, the bathroom was disgusting, the microwave wasn't cleaned and I had to ask for it to be cleaned before my family arrived. My family came for a week and they weren't able to change their towels, they charged them $12 to change them, they only put one roll of toilet paper because they only put more if you stay more than 15 days, the television never worked and when they asked for help they only found disgust... read more
