Well maintained, friendly staff.
Easy and quick check in. Modern rooms with nice everyday needed conveniences like a refrigerator, freezer, microwave and even stove top. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location convenient to the expressway. Just wish the water pressure and temperature was better.
Neel P. at front desk check is is outstanding! This may sound like a paid review but it ISN'T! He is welcoming and friendly upon entrance. He assisted with replacing lost room keys with kindness and a smile. I'm sure all weary travelers will be delighted to check in at ECHO Suites with his welcoming demonor.
Location is good....rooms were nice. Tried charging me for yet another room 2 days after I checked out
The room itself was nice...Everything was perfect until I went in the bathroom...Dust was on the towel that was hanging on the shower (batmat) ok..I could handle that...but what I couldn't handle was long pieces of hairs in the shower..all on the wall...Black dirt on the shower...and hair on the walls of the shower. but other than that ...the room was great...I like the fact of the no carpet... The house keepers just needs to clean the bathrooms better....I would stay again if I were in the area..and they are close by alllll... read more
