I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the girl literally ripped my skin off!! My eyebrows were red ALL DAY and not to mention the pain I was in for TWO DAYS! I do not recommend anyone EVER getting their waxing done at this location.

I definitely DO NOT recommend echo nails to get your nails nor waxing services done. I paid a lot for crap work. I left very unhappy! Plus the owners moved away! They are new workers.

Echo Nails is one of the busiest places in 29 because they do great work. If you want something very specific done I suggest making an appointment and explaining how much work you want done. Every time I have made an appointment and explained what I want done I’ve gotten in and out of their quick with great nails.
My daughter and I always get our nails done the way we ask and there always so friendly. They remember us and ask how we’re doing. Are nails are never to thick we don’t like them that way. And if you ask them to change something they don’t start talking and complaining they are always trying to please the customers. I went into weeks ago and saw Li making up a new tray of colors and she was working with a magnet which works with now polish so I happened to pick out a color that had the magnet in it and he did it on my nails ... read more
I've been going here for 4 years now n I absolutely love this place Ci and Ni are totally amazing at their job no one can hold a candle to them...
They are absolutely amazing, everytime we go there the entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They always go above and beyond and do a wonderful job.
