We recently moved into Cortland Peachtree Corners, and Valerie made the entire process so easy and stress-free! She was incredibly helpful, professional, and always quick to respond to our questions. From the first tour to move-in day, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We’re really happy with our new home and grateful for all of Valerie’s help — she’s the best!

Don’t waste your time….just lease from another company.
I recently relocated from New York to start a new job in Atlanta and have been searching for a new home for about a month. Since I can only visit on Saturdays and have been told they take walk ins. I’ve stopped by several times, but the experience has been disappointing. The staff is either unwelcoming and doesn’t acknowledge you when you arrive, or the office is locked and closed. The community itself appears to be beautiful, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I most definitely will not be returning.
