I’m new here at Cortland but the service I’ve received in only 2 short weeks is unmatched. Anna ensured my move in was an ease and Tommie made sure my new home was running at tip top shape. I've been at the Peachtree Corners location since February, so almost a year, and this has been the best experience in renting I've had in a long time. The amount of peace I have is unbelievable. You hardly see other residents, but when you do everybody is soooo friendly. The maintenance staff is really incredible. The response times are really fast, but the work is fully completed. Two Units, Two Major Failures, Zero Accountability We have experienced serious maintenance failures in not one, but two units at Cortland Peachtree Corners. When we originally moved in, our first unit had an HVAC mold/gas issue that management was unable to fix, forcing them to relocate us to an entirely different unit. I just moved in this past Friday and the move-in process was so smooth and quick. The agents were very nice getting me in. I did have a small issue with getting my air condition running and low pressure in the water of my kitchen’s sink. Tommy from the maintenance team came the very next morning and replaced my faucet and had the air running in minutes! Such a life saver!
