3-year update: Pros: - Professional, responsive, nice office staff - Super fast and friendly maintenance team - Property upkeep / landscaping - Residents don’t steal packages - Walking trail around and in back of property - Green space for dogs - Location - Safety - Newer units - Free vacuum, air, and water (for cars) - Few children on property Cons: - Units have limited storage compared to other floor plans - Elevators are often nasty, especially after they take the valet trash out through the elevator!

I’ve been here almost 2 years now and it has been my favorite apartment to date! Tommy always answers my maintenance requests swiftly and he’s always so kind and knowledgeable. Such a sweet soul!
