We brought a pig and half a cow to get processed at echo lake meats this year, and had an awful experience. The owner, was not helpful at all, making me feel stupid with any questions I had and was almost annoyed with our business. Over the phone and in person she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Recommendedthe cheese dip and landjaegers (think of the best pepperoni type meat stick anywhere) are the best anywhere, worth the shipping
Never again. We worked really hard to clean and de-scale our fish. Not only was it not done when we were told.It was not frozen. Had to wait an hour, and every package has scales on the meat. Then was told $1.65LB was either frozen or not when the website clearly states $1.60LB cut+package. $1.65LB frozen. That was only a $11 extra but if is the "POINT" that it was not done. NEVER AGAIN ECHO LAKE MEATS!!!!
