Great staff, very caring. Our baby was in good hands.
Very friendly staff....got us right in....treated my dog super good....
This office is incredible and we are switching all care to them! My neighbor who is 87 has been going to the same vet since 1984 and when she called to get her cat they diagnosed with cancer put down because of pain and suffering they couldn’t get her in for 4 days. Her original vet has retired and the new vets do things completely different. Echo Hollow squeezed her in immediately and the level of compassion was amazing.
We saw Dr. Hoffman yesterday and I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but she was super rude and unpleasant to talk with. My cat was squirming away as she pried his mouth open and her response was “ughhhh gosh.” From the rest of the exchanges we had she gave the “I don’t give a F” vibe and was pretty condescending. I suppose I don’t need my vets to be super personable, but I do expect them to be good with animals. She left me with the impression that my cat was more of a burden to her. My husband and I took our 16-yr-old cat to this wonderful place today and cannot say enough about how impressed we were! Monica at the front desk was so warm and friendly. Assistant Jaiden was very kind and gentle with our elderly pet. And, we really liked Dr. Bruce Behrends. He exudes confidence and was very caring towards our cat. Thank you so much to the great staff at Echo Hollow Vet Hospital!
