From my experiences, several of them over the span of a year. This company appears to be dishonest and managed intentionally in a deceptive and unethical fashion. I would say corrupt business practices is likely a reality, and intentional. If not intentional corruption, blatant negligence and incompetence with no concern to improve or remedy these issues. No accountability for wrong doing. Maybe the BBB can help.
Really bad experience they picked up 4/19 and delivered 4/22.... every other carrier would have delivered on 4/21 at the latest. They arranged for UPS Freight Until NEVER had a tracking update. the number they gave had no updates attached. Pallet fell over was repacked by UPS (I presume) and arrived with $15,000.00 of unsellable product. Just save yourself the trouble and do your own freight booking Carriers are more than willing to work with people. One other ting Never book UPS any other carrier in the US is better.
Horrible horrible experience with this shipping company, i was promised to pick up and deliver on Tuesday and $350 fee, no one showed up on that day, or the next two days, i called and they told me the truck will be there. On Friday, we have no other option, but deliver to our customer, Echo wanted to charge $550. they are now billing us $550. This is not the right way to run your business, folks, stay away from this company, there are many other good companies out there,
