Great coffee, atmosphere, and friendly service, but attention to details is not the staff's strong suit! I go 3-6x a week and they (the staff) seem to rather socialize than get simple details correct such as mixing the drink correctly or when asking to make the drink extra hot to actually make it extra hot! I much prefer Echo's coffee to SB but they need some work on the service side!
Very friendly staff, great dirty chi not a fan of the coffee cake was very hard/dry but loved the overall atmosphere.
Enjoyed a full 8hrs of researching, writing, and Dirty Chai Latte's!!!! The wifi was perfect and the atmosphere ideal for learning....
had the best coffee ever in this spot no doubt about it. in fact it's better than star bucks or any national chain, they grind coffee in store itself.
