The apartment complex was already cute, But now they’re doing renovations! Currently they’re redoing the dog park, and they just repainted the clubhouse and redid the flooring by/in the elevator. I can’t wait to see what they renovate next. Hopefully it’s the carpet in the hallways that are next

This place amazing! Yes, it's convenient to everything Alpharetta has to offer. Yes, the grounds are kept in great shape. Yes, the amenities are above and beyond. Yes, the walls are thick so you don't hear what the neighbors or people walking past your door are doing. Yes, the move-in was smooth and easy. The best part though: the people. Echo was a great place and a great apartment complex to live. I lived here for over a year, but the neighborhood is beautiful, the community is great, the units are quiet, and the team is amazing! From the maintenance team to the front office, thank you for making this a great place to live!!
We used to love it here. A few neighbors and I were chatting the other day about how downhill this place has gone. Imagine paying almost 2k a month on rent for a small one bedroom and everything around you is falling apart. The maintenance and management has let things go and it’s obvious. How hard is it to have these carpets cleaned? It’s looked like this for over a year. And it smells. This is right by the front entrance to our floor so we get to walk by every single day.
