I rent at bonsai apartments which asset manages, in englewood, CO. I submitted a maintenance request to get my broken washer fixed on 4/22/26. It is 5/15/26 and it’s still broken. I have sent 2 emails to Erica Stanton, the property manager, with no response and visited her countless times in person at the leasing office and she promises to get it fixed each time and it’s still broken. March 2026: I now have a permanent protection order against a maintenance man that was hired by Asset with a record. Asset lost the contract at my apartment. When they left they took everyone's files including mine that had a copy of my protection order against their former employee. When I called corporate and spoke with their Manager, a new hire. El personal es sumamente irresponsable y poco profesional. En mi caso, se han quedado con dinero que me corresponde aun cuando ya no resido allí. From the tour to moving into our apartment. Josh was super professional and helpful. He deserves a raise and I wanted to shout him out.
