TLDR: This management company is one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with as far as communication, consistency (overcharged bills, rotating cast of “property managers”) and empathy for their tenants This review is specifically about how Asset living handles issues with their tenants. Yes they are horrible they don’t return my calls because the problems, palmetto club is one of their properties I would avoid
Poor communication they don’t call you back on issues with their property’s. I have had a 2 month issue with their property Bonsai Apartments in Englewood, CO they owe me $200 The corporate office just transfers you to Chanel’s phone she never answers I leave a voicemail and no call back. This experience is draining, I’m working on my next steps
I rent at bonsai apartments which asset manages, in englewood, CO. I submitted a maintenance request to get my broken washer fixed on 4/22/26. It is 5/15/26 and it’s still broken. I have sent 2 emails to Erica Stanton, the property manager, with no response and visited her countless times in person at the leasing office and she promises to get it fixed each time and it’s still broken. March 2026: I now have a permanent protection order against a maintenance man that was hired by Asset with a record. Asset lost the contract at my apartment. When they left they took everyone's files including mine that had a copy of my protection order against their former employee. When I called corporate and spoke with their Manager, a new hire.
