Echelon Property Group is a terrible management company. We have sent emails asking for an explanation of the “professional” cleaning charges taken out of our deposit and over a month later they still ignore us. It makes no sense to have to beg for an explanation for such a long time. Especially when we have video proof the charges are not valid.
