The view & location of the Echelon are absolutely amazing - I cannot deny that but it is incredibly overpriced for an apartment. I think it’s weird to call yourself a luxury apartment but have residents pay “common area utilities”. They might as well just include that in rent because as a resident, aren't we already paying for the common areas? All the hidden fees come off as tacky imo. Astonishing community! The layout of the property leads you elegantly from a beautiful nature preserve and butterfly habitat, into well maintained and “homey” brick structures. The leasing agents and management team are all truly inviting people and quick to help when needed!
We have enjoyed our 5.5 years at Echelon. Great helpful staff. We have a wonderful view out big windows.
