Astonishing community! The layout of the property leads you elegantly from a beautiful nature preserve and butterfly habitat, into well maintained and “homey” brick structures. The leasing agents and management team are all truly inviting people and quick to help when needed!
We have enjoyed our 5.5 years at Echelon. Great helpful staff. We have a wonderful view out big windows.
Lexie was just terrific. I had to rent an apartment rather quickly and she was super helpful making it an easy and seamless process. She was very patient in answering all my questions and helping me navigate the application process.
This has been a wonderful place to live. The community and community events are great. It is dog friendly with a dog park area which is very nice. Being conveniently located by County Grounds and Hoyt Park is a definite perk as well as being surrounded by the Monarch Preserve; there's so much nature nearby! It is also very conveniently located near the highway to get places quickly. I haven't needed much maintenance, but the maintenance is top notch. Overall, it has been a great experience living here for the past 2 years.
