I have been living at the Echelon Apartments for 2 months and have enjoyed the experience so far! The front office is very responsive, knowledgeable, and amazing - Luiz has been a great resource with any questions I have had so far. Highly recommended living here!
I have enjoyed living in Echelon for the past year! Despite being so close to the highways (which is super convenient!), my apartment is peaceful and quiet. The complex is also surrounded by nice walking trails. The grounds are well-maintained, common spaces are kept clean, and the best part is Echelon's wonderful team in the leasing office! The view & location of the Echelon are absolutely amazing - I cannot deny that but it is incredibly overpriced for an apartment. I think it’s weird to call yourself a luxury apartment but have residents pay “common area utilities”. They might as well just include that in rent because as a resident, aren't we already paying for the common areas? All the hidden fees come off as tacky imo.
