Great set of appointments spacious & comfy with a great view .. walking distance to cafe’s and restaurants with a beautiful water park and beach across the road. The staff were lovely especially Christie who was so friendly and helpful.. great at accommodating our van for safe parking. A lovely Gem we found along our travels . Jules, Jim & Anela WA

Booked in, whet to our room and went to roll up the roller blind in the main bedroom, the roller blind come out of the ceiling lucky it did not cause any injuries. Called after hours when they said they would ring back in 1 hr but that did not happen, it was 5pm and we got back on to them and asked as it was getting late and we had been up since 3am if we would stay in the room for the night and move the next day if they would refund us for one nights accommodation as we could only use one bathroom as the bathroom in the mai... read more

We booked an apartment at Echelon from the 10th September to the 13th September. The apartment was situated right at the front with great views. The apartment was reasonably clean but for the four nights we were there we were not even offered a clean towel. I would have expected to receive some sort of room service but there was none.

Overall, I wasn’t blown away by my experience at Echelon for the price. The lady on the front desk was lovely upon checkin, and the rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and nice linen. However that’s where the positives end; the place needs a good clean (I would doubt whether they pay a cleaner to attend after each guest due to the build up of dust and mould) and possibly a full shut down in future due to multiple points of entry of water both inside the rooms and out.
