We stayed at the apartments for 3 nights to celebrate a 70th birthday. Us being pensioners I felt, to be able to get from car park to apartment was a little annoying. Not enough dish washer tablets. No hair dryer in downstairs room. My sister had that room as she’s in a wheelchair chair. Rooms were very clean.
We just spent 3N at these apartments. Very disappointing. Requested at time of booking water facing room and got a room facing spare allotment, hillside of houses and a carpark. Reception indicated they could not assist as all bookings allegedly done offsite. Offsite booking contact said they couldn't assist and would ring back next am...this did not happen over next 2 days. Room 209 had torn and worn carpet that is not only unsightly but a trip hazard. Both toilet seats ill fitting and a risk to use. Dryer timer not functio... read more
