Lexie was just terrific. I had to rent an apartment rather quickly and she was super helpful making it an easy and seamless process. She was very patient in answering all my questions and helping me navigate the application process.
This has been a wonderful place to live. The community and community events are great. It is dog friendly with a dog park area which is very nice. Being conveniently located by County Grounds and Hoyt Park is a definite perk as well as being surrounded by the Monarch Preserve; there's so much nature nearby! It is also very conveniently located near the highway to get places quickly. I haven't needed much maintenance, but the maintenance is top notch. Overall, it has been a great experience living here for the past 2 years.
I have lived at Echelon for about 3 years now and have had a great experience. Within a couple minutes to Froedert Hospital which is extemely convenient. Very quiet. I have personally never had any issues with maintenance requests- they were responded to day of or next day. Management has been very pleasant to work with and even helped facilitate a move to a different property under the Mandel Group. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quieter location with plenty of walking trails nearby.
Our apartment at Echelon was amazing - great views, great bedrooms / bathrooms, patio, and the on-campus amenities were absolutely fantastic and well maintained. We had some structural issues with our apartment which was no fault to echelon. The apartment was built incorrectly which eventually caused a leak in our bedroom.
