I have been a member of this gym for 11 years and have enjoyed every minute of my membership there. David is a keen Gym owner concerned with ensuring that his customers enjoy their experience but importantly get fitter and healthier. Nothing is too much trouble for Dave provided you (the customer) explain your needs to him. Oh and the other customers who visit the gym are friendly and all seem to enjoy their experiences. I recommend it highly if you wish to get fit and healthy and have fun whilst doing so!

Absolutely fantastic and motivating trainer- I highly recommend David's boot camp classes and fantastic gym- great way to start the day!

I didn't think I could stick at 'going to the gym', I never have before - finding it a chore. Executive Conditioning has changed my mind. I take a morning class before work most mornings. Fun and friendly atmosphere with personal attention.
